suggested items in input line

When I insert a few characters in input line I get a small window whith suggested words.
The idea is interesting but the problem is that the window covers the menu and I cannot select it anymore.
Is there any way to avoid this window?

Please try showing search history suggestions below the search box:

• Copy and paste the following into your Everything search box:
  
  /search_history_show_above=0
• Press ENTER in your Everything search box.
• If successful, search_history_show_above=0 is shown in the status bar for a few seconds.

Does the issue persist?

Actually /search_history_show_above was set to 1
Setting it to 0 solved the problem!
