Did you completely Exit Everything from the tray icon?
Is the tray icon still visible after exiting Everything?

Is something else going on?
If you are using the Everything Service, the Process Everything.exe should be running at a User level, but you show it to be ADMIN?
If you exit Everything, File | Exit, the Everything.exe Process should end, while the Service persists (expected).
Is your Everything shortcut using "Run As" & are you running as Admin? If you are using the Everything Service, that should not be necessary. (There could be instances when you would want to force something like that, but it wouldn't be typical.)
