All 1.3x portable versions won't work from D: drive

I tried to run from D: drive and it wont work, ver 1.2 works fine
When I put the exe in C drive (any folder) it works ok.

See attached images running from C and D drives

Platform is Win2012 server

Please make sure you run Everything as administrator.

To run as administrator:

• Right click the Everything shortcut.
• Click the Compatibility tab.
• Check Run as administrator.
• Click OK.

You might need to force a database rebuild (if running Everything 645b).

To force a database rebuild:

• In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the Indexes tab.
• Click Force rebuild.
• Click OK.

Might be running into this issue, Everything runs, Finds NTFS Drives at Medium Integrety.
