Feature request: allow explicit "negative omit" / omit exceptions

In Everything 1.5, Result Omissions are very useful for hiding noisy trees such as:
C:\Users\<user>\AppData

However, it is difficult to keep one deeper folder visible, for example:
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Sublime Text\Packages\User

Today this requires replacing the simple AppData omission with a complex regex negative lookahead that also preserves every intermediate parent folder. It works, but it is hard to read, hard to maintain, and fragile.

Suggested feature:

Allow explicit omit exceptions, for example:

Omit:
C:\Users\<user>\AppData

Do not omit / Include despite omit:
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Sublime Text\Packages\User

Expected behavior:
- Everything hides AppData by default.
- The exception folder and its contents still appear in normal searches.
- Required parent folders are handled internally so the exception path remains reachable.
- This should work for both folder omissions and omit filters.

Possible UI:
- In "Organize Result Omissions", add an "Add Exception..." button.
- Or allow a rule prefix such as:
!C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Sublime Text\Packages\User
no-omit:C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Sublime Text\Packages\User

This would make Result Omissions much easier to use for common cases where a large noisy tree should be hidden except for a few user-managed folders.

I will consider negative omit filters.

For now, it might be easier to setup a filter (Search -> Organize Filters) to exclude a folder, but allow a few subfolders.
For example:

!C:\Users\<user>\AppData\ | "C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Sublime Text\Packages\User\"
