Statusbar info regression in 1.5.0.1417b

Just downgraded to 1.5.0.1416b and it seems fine. 1.5.0.1417b seems to have issues with acknowledging in the statusbar the selection(s) made in results. Sometimes you select a single item and nothing happens, sometimes you add another item to selection and it's not reflected in the statusbar. I'm unsure how else to describe it. If you play around with selections and keep an eye on the statusbar it should become readily apparent. I did have some custom formats set for statusbar_selection_format and statusbar_format, but, removing them doesn't change the behavior.

Sometimes it will take a few seconds before the selection counter is updated
but here it works.

Statusbar update is very slow, or does not update at all.

Maybe there's some sort of spamming going on, unsure, but I'll get 1902002 popping up, a lot.
