Results not reflecting folder/subfolders choices (one-off?)

I don't think I can repeat this, but as you can see from the attached, on the left the folder aegilops (D:\flowers\docs\flora\genus\aegilops\) is selected with subfolders off which should only result in a few files but on the right the results list is long and for the parent folder with subfolders on

changing folder and back again cured this

so more something at your end to think about how this might happen. I'm not sure of the sequence now of what happened, but one possibility is that I had been on another tab and when I changed tab to this one it didn't read the new choices for the tab properly and displayed results inappropriately and/or had some problem in regards to recognising the folder and fell back to the parent folder.
