thumbnail_load_size - refresh thumbs

Currently when you change /thumbnail_load_size up (using a bookmark) the existing thumbnails don't refresh but remain the old quality. So currently as a workaround I duplicate the tab and drag it to where the one I had been on is if needed and then close the obsoleted tab (perhaps there are other ways).
Can I recommend that when /thumbnail_load_size changes up in value it triggers the refresh that duplicating the tab manages to achieve; I don't think it's needed when changing down a value if the thumbnailing of unthumbnailed ones immediately uses the new value.
