A big problem I suffer from !

When I inquire, I find that the files appear to me, but they are originally deleted in version (Version 1.5.0.1390a (x64)), but in version 4 they are deleted in the program. It appears to me as a different version. (Version 1.5.0.1390a (x64)) appears to me and the original is deleted... Thank you.

"Originally deleted" vs. "deleted in the program" ?

If you're talking about hard vs soft deletes (to $Recycle.Bin), I imagine there might be a setting for that?

Does that mean that a deleted file is displayed in 'Everything' 1.5
but is no longer displayed in 'Everything' 1.4?

If so, then perform a “Force Rebuild”:
Everything Options - 1.5.0.1391a (x64) > Indexes > click on button "Force Rebuild".

Update to the latest version of 'Everything 1.5' first: Everything 1.5.0.1391a (x64).
