When you hit "enter" from the search bar, it takes you to the result with the highest run count. Is there a way to then go to the file with the second highest run count, then the third, etc by hitting some key combination like ctrl+enter for example, or one of the F keys, perhaps?

Easiest (and actually the only way I know) would be to sort the results by RunCount (Menu => View => Sort By => RunCount.
To make RunCount the default sort:
- Go to Menu => Tools => Options => General => Home
- Set Sort to RunCount
- OK

Yeah, I knew about sorting by run count, but that's not really what I'm trying to do. Hitting enter takes you to the result with the highest run count. It just seems like the logical next step would be to add a modifier key you could press to take you to the next highest result

I guessed that much, but to my knowledge that is currently not possible.
