I wonder, as it's probably trivial to do, would it be possible to give Everything windows a "group name" (set per window) so that when you focus one (making it on top of other windows) it also brings the other windows of the same group name up too (including drag-over popup focus), and likewise if you minimise one it minimises the others bearing the same group name. Maximising would only maximise the individual window (though it could bring the others up underneath it if helpful to).
I tend to have several Everything windows arranged for dragging intelligently between and this simple approach would cause several windows to act as if they were just one single window.
Being able to give a group name on the command-line would be very helpful, as well as some easy way to set adhoc...
