A Quick Access Filter?

So I use the quick access filter in windows a lot, but I prefer Everything. Is there any way we could approximate a quick access-level filter for Everything? I guess it would want to cabin itself off from deep systemic places, and pretty much just show an amalgam of...

Download
the C drive but not the folders inside it, I guess?

Not too sure what all gets considered to be under in the Quick Access umbrella, but...those things, too!! If it's at all possible and not too much trouble.

Adding Favourites to the Folders sidebar is on the to-do list.
With that, you can add your own favourite locations to the list.
