Tools | Options | fillter: path -> path_hit_text_only, set to 'false' (or true)

You mean this?
When it is disabled it doesn't open path even when i double click text.

The option you show decides whether Path is opened, or not, when double-clicked.

The option below decides if "whitespace" is to be included as part of Path, or not (& then what does happen, depends on above).
