Hello,
Not sure exactly what to call these, but I have noticed for a while that if I try to use Everything to search inside a folder that is synced with the Dropbox desktop client, I can't use any mode where thumbnails are visible because there will be huge green check marks on everything. These check marks are part of the Dropbox desktop client's shell extension which indicate "online" status inside Explorer, but I think that Everything doesn't know what to do with them. They're usually small and innocuous, like in the second picture which shows them inside Explorer.
I have noticed this for 1 or 2 years with every version of Everything and the Dropbox client in that time.

Thanks, that seems to work, I wish I mentioned it sooner.
