Customizing delimiters

I sometimes use this

(1)

in my filenames but Everything treats the brackets as a delimiter rather than a literal character to be searched for.

To search for those characters in a filename I have to enter

"(1)"

Is it possible for a user to change the delimiters Everything sees?

In Everything 1.4, be sure that you have this option disabled:

Tools -> Options -> General -> Search -> [ ] Allow round bracket grouping

In Everything 1.5 (alpha), this is not an option and (1) is always searched for literally.

Thank you for pointing out that setting. I thought I knew all of them but clearly not!
