I would like to be able to define keyboard shortcuts for Bookmark entries, by placing an ampersand (&) in front of a letter/number. For example, I have these two bookmarks:
Everything 1.4.1
Everything 1.5
I want to be able to activate Everything 1.4.1 by placing a & in front of the 4, and Everything 1.5 by placing a & in front of the 5, like this:
Everything 1.&4.1
Everything 1.&5
When I try this, an ampersand is added like a regular letter, instead of making the 4 and 5 underlined. Is there an INI setting that will enable this feature? Thank you!
btw: This page displays a weird character in place of the more familiar ampersand symbol (for me at least)...

To allow & for keyboard shortcuts:
- In Everything, type in the following search and press ENTER:
/menu_escape_amp=0 - If successful, menu_escape_amp=0 is shown in the status bar for a few seconds.

That will be the font that is used on the forum. Here it looks like:void wrote: Sat Aug 14, 2021 8:44 am btw: This page displays a weird character in place of the more familiar ampersand symbol (for me at least)...
Off topic:
This is more in line with the 'original' ampersand than the one on the keyboard, as it stems from the Latin word for and : Et.
With some effort you can even see the Et in it.
