in cooperation with Horst.Epp, I was able to finish a plugin for Total Commander which uses the Everything API to bring all indexed streams together for editing..

StreamList 1.2.1
StreamList 1.2.1 – file system plugin (WFX) for NTFS alternate data streams, 32/64 bit
Folder view
Folders and files appear as usual; F5/F6/F7/F8/Shift+F6 act on the real files, deleting goes to the Recycle Bin (can be switched off: FileOperations=0).
Enter on a file opens its stream view. Folders with streams of their own get an entry [Streams] at the top.
Columns: number of streams, stream names, stream content (Preview), download origin and zone, sizes incl. allocated size, NTFS entry time. Fields of other content plugins (e.g. ntfs_diz) work as well.
Stream view
Each stream is an entry: F3 view, F4 edit (written back on save), F5/F6 copy/move out or in, F7 new stream, Shift+F6 rename, F8 delete.
The file's modification date is preserved (KeepTime=1).
Text streams without extension are shown as .txt, so they open normally after copying out; the real stream name is not changed.
Streams containing executable code are marked as "Program (EXE/DLL)".
Everything lists (Everything 1.5 required)
"! Downloads (Zone.Identifier)": every download mark on all drives as a stream list – F8 removes them, also in bulk.
"! All files with streams" and up to 20 own lists: file lists with normal file operations.
"! Free search": any Everything query, history of the last 10, results as a file list.
Folders and drives show ∑ totals of files with streams below them.
Settings and help
Settings dialog: right-click StreamList in Network Neighborhood > Properties – includes Everything status and list editor.
Optional protocol of all file operations (date, time, source, target, result).
F1 or "?" opens the CHM help at the matching chapter; English, German, Russian, Ukrainian, Danish.
User commands for buttons/hotkeys: em_StreamList, em_StreamListDir, em_StreamListFolder, em_StreamListSearch.
Requirements: Total Commander 7.5+, Windows 7+, Everything 1.5 with indexed properties "Alternate Data Stream Names" and "Alternate Data Stream Count".
