Fullscreen (F11, Full Screen, Maximize)


should F11 be "full" full screen
or should it "maximize" to screen - exclusive of taskbar?

(& in my case, my taskbar is 3 rows high)


- sometimes, when i F11, instead of being "full" full screen
(thereby overlaying the task bar)
the bottom of the Everything screen ends up being overlaid by the taskbar,
so i can't see the very bottom-most items, including the Everything statusbar

not really a big deal, but...


also, might be nice if there was option to fit to, or to overlay, taskbar.

It's designed to be fullscreen (overlaying the task bar)

Use maximize if you want to see the taskbar.

Everything doesn't have an inbetween mode where there the window is maximized, the caption and frame are not shown and the taskbar is visible.

To set F11 to toggle maximized:

• In Everything, from the Bookmark menu, click Add to bookmarks....
• Change the Name to:
  Toggle Maximized
• Change the Search to:
  /maximized=!maximized
• Set the Keyboard shortcut to:
  F11
• Click OK.
