I have a user here that uses Everything to search through a network drive for files she uses in her position. Lately it will not search anything on the network drive but will only search the C: drive.
I have reinstalled it multiple times and also installed the beta version to try and fix it but so far no luck. Our service desk ran out of ideas as well so I went to replace her laptop with the same model. I imaged a laptop for her and had her logon once built and the problem followed her to the new computer.
I log on with my admin and regular account, and both work fine when trying to search the network drive on the new and old computer
Any ideas on what might be causing the issue or things to try?

Re: Searching Network Drive not working for user
Is Everything running elevated?
You'll be unable to see your mapped network drives if Everything is running elevated.
Please make sure Everything is installed correctly and running as a standard user:
