Everything Server does not rescan a remote folder automatically at set time

Hi,
we have a dedicated Everything Server VM that indexes a network file server. The network file server path is added in Indexes->Folders. The whole programme config was performed as explained in the Everything Server instruction. We have both Everything and Everything Server Services installed and working (users can succesfully access the files in the index even after server restart).

The problem is that we set up rescan to:
Rescan: Everyday at 23:00
and it does not work, the number of indexed files stays the same day after day.

The only time the indexing worked was the first time when I left the everything app running as admin.

Is there a way that the rescan will work through the installed system service even without having to be logged in to the server and running the app as admin?

The Everything Server Server runs under SYSTEM credentials.
This local account does not have access to external filesystems. like network folders.

Solution: Run Everything Server Service with an account that has access to these external files:

• Start Services.msc as administrator.
• Double click the Everything Client Service.
• Click the Log On tab.
• Check This account.
• Enter the credentials for an account that also has access to the network shares.
• Click OK.
• Restart the service.
