Search modifiers wfn: and whole-filename:

When I used the modifier wfn: or whole-filename: it search for folder names and not for file names.

Is there a setting that's been changed on my version of Everything which has caused this?

Do you have (Search) Match Path enabled?

If so, disable that or,

nopath:wfn:21654.7z

If not, then

wfn:21654.7z

, should be working to find, K:\xfeRRRRRRR\21654.7z
