Hi,
sorry for my English, I use the translator, I downloaded and installed everything,
and here comes the problem, since I have a folder that I work on, I entered it in the options,
but if I go back to the interface it reads both C: and D:,
in D: is the folder where it should search, I also have another folder that should not be read, for example,
in D: I have 2 folders ABC and XYZ, the searches should only be done in ABC and exclude everything else,
is this possible? Thanks in advance, I hope the translator translated correctly.
It searches the entire computer instead of the selected folder.

Re: It searches the entire computer instead of the selected folder.
Please try removing your NTFS volumes from your index:
- In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
- Click the NTFS tab on the left.
- Uncheck Automatically include new fixed volumes.
- Uncheck Automatically include new removable volumes.
- Uncheck Automatically remove offline volumes.
- For each NTFS volume:
- Uncheck Include in database.
- Click the Folders tab on the left.
- Add your desired folders you want to index. (For example D:\abc)
- Click OK.

Re: It searches the entire computer instead of the selected folder.
I managed to solve it myself, the solution is found in options under exclude, here you choose the disk you want to exclude by selecting it and then unchecking the box under volume settings (D: in my case) "Include in database"
