This started on my previous version 1.41 and has persisted into Version 1.5.0.1415b (x64).
About 7/10 times if I right Click on a search result the app hangs, spinning wheel etc until I hard close it via Task Manager.

The Spybot Search Destroy 2 context menu shell extension has hung.
Please try the following:
Disable the Spybot Search Destroy 2 context menu with ShellExView

Disable context menu shell extensions in Everything:

Disable the Spybot Search Destroy 2 context menu with ShellExView

Disable context menu shell extensions in Everything:
- In Everything 1.5, from the Tools menu, click Options.
- Click the Advanced tab on the left.
- To the right of Show settings containing, search for:
context - Select: context_menu_shell_extensions
- Set the value to: false
- Click OK.
