Will Importing Preserve My Existing History Files?
dumb question does importing work the same as appending? I already have pre-existing history files. If I import, will it not overwrite my current/existing files?

History -> Organize History -> Import and Tools -> Run History -> Import will append to your existing history.
Pre-existing history is overwritten.

Re: Will Importing Preserve My Existing History Files?
I'll note that the imported .csv must have the expected "header"-line in order for anything to actually import.
So something like:
Above was really confusing for me, so...
New items are appended
Existing unchanged items are left as is
Existing changed items are updated

Seems easier to just copy the files over and rename if needed? It's what I've been doing, I've not touched the import/export stuff.
