Hi, as I said in the title, I have a version mismatch between what Windows thinks is the installed version of Everything and what Everything says, should I uninstall and reinstall? Who should I believe? Windows or Everything?
**EDIT**
After a Reboot all seems to be right.
Version mismatch between what "Windows App" says and what "About everything" says

Normally, it shouldn't be possible for 1408a to be installed while 1396a is still running.
Please check for multiple installations of Everything (do an Everything search for Everything.exe)
Are multiple files found? -there should only be one.

Hi void, tanks for the suggestion,
I have only 1 instance of the program installed, Strangely sometime (very rarely) I'm asked to update the program, then I look at the version on the taskbar, and it says is version 1396a, if I reboot the system Everything "come back" with the right version again
.
This strange behavior could be caused by my sync configuration that keep all my settings between my work PC and my Home PC synced
