The tags are indeed present in the AIFF files, but for some reason, Everything doesn't show them:

Everything uses the Windows Property System to gather properties.
Third party property handlers for AIFF can be installed.

Ah yes, good catch, after installing https://github.com/Xanashi/Icaros they show up now!
