Hi. I have seen how to make search results bigger as in dpi to 144.But is there to make the txt size of menu options such as file, bookmarks etc larger and their submenus larger.

For Everything 1.4: No.

Everything 1.4 uses the system menu.
The system menu does not support scaling.

Please try increasing your system DPI.



For Everything 1.5:
Set a custom menu background color to force Everything to use a built-in menu with scaling support:

• In Everything 1.5, from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the Fonts and Colors tab on the left.
• Change Item to:
  Menu
• Click the color button to the right of Background Color.
• Select a color and click OK.
• Click OK

THank you very much. I assume version 1.5 is Version 1.4.1.1032 (x64)
Because that is the version i have and it seems I have the latest version. I also could not find a version called 1.5, at least where i looked.
Amyway what i did was, i went to fonts and colours. I saw that everything was at 24. I clicked ok and the size of the menu items and the search results increased.
What didn't change was the txt size of what i am looking for.But that is ok, because i can see above the menus (ie file/edit etc etc), the title of what i am looking for in larger txt.

Just making a small note here... Everything 1.5.0.1407a adds an advanced menu_theme setting.

When set to Everything, the menu will support scaling.

To set the menu theme to Everything:

• In Everything 1.5, from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the Advanced tab on the left.
• To the right of Show settings containing, search for:
  menu
• Select: menu_theme
• Set the value to: Everything
• Click OK.

This will avoid the need to set a custom background color as mentioned above.

Using Version 1.5.0.1407a (x64)
File/edit/etc et large enough to read
sub menus such as file/new tab small to see
NOTE. this also affects my browser and other programs but not all of them eg potplayer affected, but jdownloader is not. But i mght have done something in jdownloader.
my display is at 150 and txt size was at 200 ie in windows system. .When i changed the txt size i could read sub menus in everything clearly and the same with other programs.
But then i decided to restart windows to see what would happen.
The result was i had the problem again.
trying again. Changed windows txt size to 198
I can read sub menus.
