Can't save bookmarks

Hi,

Im using version 1.5a 1501391a and can't save bookmarks. I can change or add anything and now after another opening of aplication boookmarks are "old". I have checked this option and have only one bookmark file and backup in appdata "Bookmarks-1.5a.csv".
How to resolve this issue?

Please make sure you click OK at the bottom after changing your bookmarks:
