Not able to attach attachments ;-)

Not able to attach attachments .

Maybe has to do with the forum update (php 8.3)?

Win7, SeaMonkey (browser).
Attachments -> Add files
- that part works, seems to work.
name is there size is correct

- but, the only option is, "Delete file",
no option to "Place inline" (or whatever it used to say)
Status, is a yellow triangle, "Error parsing server response"

And a "Submit", submits the textual reply, but no mention of the Attachment.

Firefox 115 ESR works (that sucks).

And Pale Moon (browser) kind-of works, but still isn't too Kosher.
Attachments (& Options & Poll) are all "one".
Status shows "Success", & the file is actually attached.
OK, it works, but layout/operation is "quirky"
