search for IPTC "city" and "sub-location"

I am looking for an option to search for two IPTC fields:

city
sub-location

Exiftool (and irfanview) recognize these fields, but I have found no option to search for
them in everything.

Also a general question: Is there an operator for an "omnisearch" to search over all metadata fields?

Everything only has native support for a few IPTC properties:

Authors, Copyright, Date Taken, Description, Software, Tags and Title.



City and sub-location are not known to Everything.
I will consider support for them and a generic IPTC property which shows all fields.

City and sub-location might be available as a Windows Property System Property.

Check under Select Property -> Select Windows Property System on the left.
Third party property handlers can be installed.

A third related IPTC property might be country code. This has the advantage (over country name) of being consistent, even if country names are written in different languages.
