Apparently, the alignment will not happen for purely numerical values:
look at the CRC-32 Column, which is not aligned right (or left, when I specify that)
Also, some people tried a-align, others a_align, both do the same thing (i.e.: nothing).

Have you tried a-align:right (without =)?

Everything 1.5.0.1401a will now eat the = in a-align:=right for consistency.
