How to hide "$RECYCLE.BIN" and "System Volume Information" folders on all partitions in the "Folders" panel?

Whenever I open the "Folders" panel in the "View" menu, all the partitions show their "$RECYCLE.BIN" and "System Volume Information" folders. How to hide them all?

To exclude "$RECYCLE.BIN" and "System Volume Information" folders from your index:

• In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the Exclude tab on the left.
• Click Add Filter....
• Set the Filter name to:
  $RECYCLE.BIN
  and click OK.
• Click Add Filter....
• Set the Filter name to:
  System Volume Information
  and click OK.
• Click OK.
