Separate Sorting Preferences for Default View and Bookmarks

My default sorting option in Everything upon launch is by "Date Run". At the same time, I created a bookmark for a specific folder of my choice —all .docx files—where I would like the view to be sorted by "Date Modified (Descending)".

The problem is that when I launch this bookmark, the app remembers the change in the sorting option and shows it to me the next time upon new launch, sorted by "Date Modified", whereas I want it to default back to "Date Run".

Is it possible to decouple these two sorting views and make them independent?

Or, I understand that the bookmark "mechanism" can be realized through filters as well (even better since there is a keyboard shortcut functionality), is it possible to assigne a sorting order for the filter?

Yes.

Here is an example:
A bookmark with the self-defined shortcut ALT+Y resets the view for me.

What version of Everything are you using?

If you are using Everything 1.5, instead of using the bookmark sort field, change your bookmark search to include:

sort:date-modified

While this is in your search, your results will temporarily be sorted by date modified.
Once the search is cleared, your results will revert to being sorted by date run.

Thank you! I am still on Version 1.4.1.1028 (x64), shall try 1.5 now, I believe.

I could find the work around, I think. It consists in setting different sorting preferences for these 2 lines:
1) Tools => Options => Home => Filter => Date run
2) Bookmark => Filter => Date modified

Thus, the bookmark is sorted as I want (Date modified) and relaunch of the app gets sorted as per home setting. This is another options, right?

By the way, thank you 1000 times for your amazing app!

Separate question: if I go on version 1.5, is it possible to export my settings from 1.4 ?
