Organize Filters - SUGGESTION: "Search" field

Can we please have a “Search” field in the “Organize Filters” window? -> Menu "Search" > "Organize Filters..."
I currently have about 80 filters, and if I want to edit filters, a search field would be very helpful.

A search field for the Organize Filters dialog is on my TODO list.
