[FR] Search Command for popup

There should be a search command for displaying text inside of a popup. Right now the only practical way to display arbitrary text is via

/echo

on the status bar.

You could utilize the same popup class that Help > Search Syntax uses.

Well, it came up because I was going to do a nicer display for

/define

(with no arguments, just to list). But I'm sure I would come across other use-cases.
