Please be aware that there are fake websites offering Everything for a fee.
Everything is completely free, now and forever.
Everything's official website is: https://www.voidtools.com/

The following is a list of websites known to operate scams:
voidtools[.]pro



voidtools[.]pro is reportedly hosting malware.
Avoid visiting voidtools[.]pro or downloading software from voidtools[.]pro.



If you find a website charging for Everything, please report it here.

for better reporting of mentioned fake version of everything please go to below link and at community tab make a note about that it is a nasty virus

There is nothing special in this report.
Just 2 of the whole list means ignore it.

Of course, for your information.my Microsoft windows security software detected fake everything as a sever virus: Trojan:Win32/Kepavll!rfn.
Also you are completely free to use and enjoy the fake software despite the warnings from David and me. By offering the best experiences when using a fake software

I don't ignore it, as my local Defender also detects it,
but I'm wondering why there is no Microsoft entry in your Virus Total report ?

This is nothing new, I've encountered this issue before. I think it's because their Defender database is not up to date in some cases.
I think the programmers of the fake Everything (Ev) are not very smart, because the original Everything’s size is less than 2 MB, while their software is over 60 MB. Everything has been popular since 2004, and thousands of websites mention voidtools.com as the main official site for downloading it.
