Run Count is gone!

Run Count is gone!

I'm running Version 1.4.1.1028 (x86). I have enabled the Run History and search to be kept for basically forever. I pretty sure both the Search History and Run History are housed in the following folder "C:\Users\XXXXX\AppData\Roaming\Everything." I know this cause the Date Modified shows as today. I viewed the file in Excel and it appears to be correct. The version I have install doesn't appear to have an Import function for the Run History. I there a way to import the old Run History.csv?

Everything 1.4 doesn't have a GUI to import run history.

To import your run history manually:
  • Exit Everything (File -> Exit)
  • Backup your Run History.csv under %APPDATA%\Everything
    (%APPDATA%\Everything == C:\Users\<your-username>\AppData\Roaming\Everything)
  • Replace your Run History.csv under %APPDATA%\Everything with your old Run History.csv
  • Restart Everything.


Please check your run history settings under Tools -> Options -> History.
Ensure Enable Run history is checked.
Ensure Keep run history for x days is unchecked.
