Hello
When I search all my drives, nothing appears on Drive E, even though it's listed in my settings.

Please check if this drive is excluded under Tools -> Options -> Exclude.
Please make sure no search options are checked under the Search menu (eg: uncheck match case, uncheck match whole words, uncheck regex)
Please make sure the Everything filter is active under the Search menu.
Please make sure Everything is installed correctly and running as a standard user:
In Everything , from the Tools menu, click Options .
Click the General tab on the left.
Check Store settings and data in %APPDATA%\Everything .
Uncheck Run as administrator .
Check Everything Service . (Please make sure this is tick-checked and not square-checked)
Click OK .
Exit Everything (from the File menu, click Exit ).
Restart Everything .
Please check your drive for errors:
Please backup anything important on your drive before checking it for errors.
In Windows Explorer, right click your drive and click Properties.
Click the Tools tab.
Click Check now...
Click Start
If prompted to schedule a scan on the next restart, click Yes.
Please try forcing a rebuild:
In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
Click the Indexes tab on the left.
Click Force Rebuild.
Click OK.
Does the issue persist?

I checked all the options and it's configured correctly, and the E drive was checked.
It only has no access to one subfolder:
E:\-Music\kar
While it's not read- or write-protected.
All other subfolders of E:\-Music are accessible by Everything.

Please check if the kar folder is a folder junction:
From the command prompt, change to the E: drive:
e:
Navigate to your music folder:
cd e:\-music
list directories:
dir /ad
Does this list your kar folder?
Is the kar folder listed as <JUNCTION>?
-If so, Everything will not index this folder.
If you are using folder junctions, use folder indexing instead:
In Everything , from the Tools menu, click Options .
Click the NTFS tab on the left.
Select your E: drive and uncheck Include in database .
Click the Folders tab on the left.
Click Add... .
Select your E: drive and click OK .
Click OK .
Please check your drive for errors:
Please backup anything important on your drive before checking it for errors.
In Windows Explorer, right click your E: drive and click Properties.
Click the Tools tab.
Click Check now...
Click Start
