Outdated version in winget

Installing alpha via winget gets you an outdated version.

It's 2 versions behind.

Fortunately Chocolatey and Scoop (bucket/versions) both have the up-to-date versions... but I too use winget as my primary package manager so I also hope it gets updated soon!
