1. The shortcut operation for PDF conversion/splitting/merging in Microsoft Office Plus can be found in the right-click shortcut menu
2. Open Everything
3. Search for target files, doc or pdf
4. Right click on the target file, the mouse only goes through Microsoft Office Plus for PDF conversion/splitting/merging, and Everything software freezes for a few seconds before automatically exiting
5. Everything version 1.4.1.1026 (x64)

It's a bug with Microsoft Office Plus.
Microsoft Office Plus blows up the stack when you click on this context menu item.
I don't have a fix at this stage.
To disable context menu shell extensions in Everything:
Copy and paste the following into your Everything search box:
/context_menu_shell_extensions=0
Press ENTER in your Everything search box.
If successful, context_menu_extensions=0 is shown in the status bar for a few seconds.
(The default is: context_menu_extensions=1 )
