index not updating

I have tried rescan every day at 2pm but it does not update the words in the folder list (the bold words) - I have tried everything to no avail - the index is not updating, it is stuck with older values

Everything might have trouble rescanning network drives if Everything is running as admin.

Please make sure Everything is installed correctly and running as a standard user:

• In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the General tab on the left.
• Check Store settings and data in %APPDATA%\Everything.
• Uncheck Run as administrator.
• Check Everything Service. (Please make sure this is tick-checked and not square-checked)
• Click OK.
• Exit Everything (from the File menu, click Exit).
• Restart Everything.
