Everything forgets Google Drive folder each bootup

I have Google Drive streaming. Every time I start my computer I have to add the folder manually to Everything for indexing. It works fine after doing so. Please make it remember the directory.

I guess you have a wrong installation of Everything
into a folder with no write access.

I'm finding the same issue. Can someone suggest a fix or workaroud please?

Please make sure Everything is installed correctly and running as a standard user:

• In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the General tab on the left.
• Check Store settings and data in %APPDATA%\Everything.
• Uncheck Run as administrator.
• Check Everything Service. (Please make sure this is tick-checked and not square-checked)
• Click OK.
• Exit Everything (from the File menu, click Exit).
• Restart Everything.
