Copying Failing

After some amount of time, any item in the Everything window won't copy. Copy-pasting from other sources continues to work as intended.

If I press the escape key, copying will return to functioning as normal for around 10 minutes. When it's not working, the right click menu appears like this:

Once I press escape, it opens to the full menu:

This has been happening for some months, currently using the most recent alpha.

Sounds like Everything is in some sort of modal dialog or action.
ESC will cancel the modal dialog or action.



Please send a mini crash dump when Everything is showing the simple menu:

• Please keep the crash dialog open.
• Download Process Explorer from Microsoft:
  https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/process-explorer
• In Process Explorer, select Everything64.exe (If there is two, select the one using the most memory)
• Right click Everything64.exe and under Create Dump, select Create Mini Dump.
• Choose a filename and click Save.
• Please upload this dmp file in a bug report

Please send a debug log:

• In Everything, from the Tools menu, under the Debug submenu, click Start Debug Logging.
• ---wait for copying to fail.
• from the Tools menu, under the Debug submenu, click Stop Debug Logging.
  ---This will open your %TEMP%\Everything Debug Log.txt in Notepad.
• Please upload this file in a bug report.
