Please try removing any offline volumes:

• In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the FAT tab on the left.
• Select any offline volumes and click Remove.
• Click the NTFS tab on the left.
• Select any offline volumes and click Remove.
• Click OK.

thanks... I was trying to change some settings and I must have checked some items that I shouldn't have
