Highlight Values Entered

Some of the dialogs have a lot of boxes, usually only a few are entered in. An example is Bookmarks.

* I think the boxes with values entered could glow a different colour (background or text) so you can immediately see what's entered.

* Perhaps an option to specify whether to do this and what colours to use. (However even just a binary do or don't option would be fine, since the dialogs are not being used all the time like other visual components.)
