Limiting search to within a folder names

Hi,

I have a folder structure like:

Project1
-- Emails
-- Bills
-- ...

Project2
-- Emails
-- Bills
-- ...

Project XX
-- ...

I did not find a way to use Everything filtering the search only to "Emails" folders, thus, i could have 200 Projects and 200 "Emails" folders and want to search only inside all 200 "Emails" folders, is there any clue??
