Hi. I have a problem.
the exclude setting doesn't work. I want to exclude disk V (an USB hard disk), it's almost broken, but is still readable and writtable.
Every time I insert disk V, Everything will try to start scan it, and eventually freeze everything...
I've configured to exclude v:\ and v:\*, but it only works for searching, Everything still scans everything... ?
Is it possible to exclude some disk from automatic indexing, or just opt to index specified drive?
Is it possible to really exclude some disk from index?

Re: Is it possible to really exclude some disk from index?
- In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
- Click the NTFS tab on the left.
- Uncheck Automatically include new fixed volumes.
- Uncheck Automatically include new removable volumes.
- Uncheck Automatically remove offline volumes.
- If your V: drive is listed:
- Select your V: drive.
- Uncheck Include in database.
- Click OK.
