Show label under "Name" near drive letter?

How could one show the label with the drive letters under "Name"? Or in that mouse over field? Or else? To identify the four D: USB sticks.

If a label has been entered in the properties, this can be found in the "Volume Label" column.

You mean in the name / label field of the drive or its properties reached by right click context menu in Win? Or in Everything? If the latter where is it?

this can be found in the "Volume Label" column.

OK, but it does not seem to be like that here:

OK, yes, but it does have one I would say, like every drive / USB stick here has.
