Is it possbile to index/search 'Chapters' embedded in video files such as mp4?

This is a very common form of metadata found, especially, in mp4 video files. Here is an example of it:

I did quick search of the search commands thread for 'chapter', and the search the property window in Everything. I did not turn up with anything interesting.

Is it currently possible to search for this metadata? I really want to make heavy use of "Chapters" in media files and then be able to instantly access these "chapter" notes in Everything by indexing them.

If its currently not possible, can you by any chance consider it, it would make searching through lengthy lectures a breeze!
