Don't show message device does not respond?

When I plug off my smartphone this message is shown:



It obviously sometimes appears all the time again and / or cannot be closed that easily. Is there a way to not to let it show?

Yes, I would think so, this Everything symbol in the tray

obviously is connected to that message / window.

But actually I wanted them to be monitored (if that meant new files / folders are not indexed anymore).
