1318 - issue with total size refresh in status bar

Folder with 100 ebooks
Convert epub2 to epub3 with calibre. The files are changing in size.
Total size on status bar it is continuously refreshed only after I click on Date Modified column.
If I click on any other columns the refresh is stopping.

One more thing. I noticed once an extremely huge value for total size in status bar. After force rebuild it's OK. Maybe these are related.

Are you simply using

Options | General | View -> Show total size...

or have you made some manual tweaks in Everything.ini ?

Thank you for the issue report w64bit.

I am aware of the issue.

I did very recently try to fix this by adding a delay between updates.
Unfortunately, this introduced lag in seeing real-time updates.

It is on my Things to fix list.



I will monitor Everything for reporting incorrect total sizes.
